Millionaire Money Moves: What You Need to Know NOW

As a teenager, you may think that you’ll learn all you need to know about money after you graduate college and start your career. However, learning about how to manage your money now can be the difference between you graduating college debt-free with money saved and invested, or graduating drowning in debt with no assets to your name. Being money-smart is the difference between you having millions in the bank or having $0. To become a millionaire tomorrow, you need to know what to do today.

In our Money Moves course, we’ll explore your relationship with money and your vision for your financial future. We’ll learn about the key components of personal finance: earning, spending, saving, investing, and protecting your money. You’ll leave this course with a better understanding about what moves you can make with your money to build wealth and become a millionaire while you’re still young enough to enjoy it.

Arielle Hammond

Arielle Hammond is a high school assistant principal in the North Clackamas School District, where she is an advisor for the Black Student Union. Arielle has worked as an elementary school principal, first grade teacher, and special education teacher. Arielle was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She attended college at Amherst College in Massachusetts. She received her Masters of Science in Education from The Johns Hopkins University. She is currently a doctoral student at Lewis and Clark, where she researches entrepreneurship and financial literacy as generational wealth-building tools for African American youth. Although she is employed, Arielle has been an entrepreneur since she was 11 years old. She is passionate about sharing tools for earning, saving and investing.
