Cooking begins with cooking an egg. Zora and I will show you how to cook a perfect soft boiled egg and a hard boiled egg. We will demonstrate some simple tasty ways to eat them!
Ingredients: Students need to have on hand: 2 eggs, 2 slices of bread, salt, pepper, mayonnaise or plain yogurt, pickle relish (sweet or dill), 1/2 of an onion and one or more of your favorite condiments such as hot sauce or ketchup or mustard, a cutting board and a knife to dice the onion. You will cook the eggs in 1 stock pot with enough water to cover the eggs.
