Friday Cooking Class – My Nina Sally’s Homemade Salsa – the spice of life!

Join us and make yummy homemade Salsa. A family favorite.

Ingredients: Students need to have on hand: Two 16oz cans of plain peeled diced tomatoes in their own juices, 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, 1 bunch of fresh green onions, 1 fresh lime, salt, 5-7 garlic cloves, One 12 oz can of sliced jalapenos (picked or plain jalapeno peppers) and your favorite tortilla chips.   You will also need a knife, a cutting board, a blender (or food processor), and a colander to rinse and drain things.

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and her graduate degree in Public Administration from Portland State University.
